Renault Fluece 300x223 Renault Fluece French automotive giant Renault has introduced the luxury sedan Renault Fluence in Indian market. The new Renault Fluece strongly competes against the Toyota Corolla, the Skoda Laura, the Chevrolet Cruze, the Volkswagen Jetta, and the Honda Civic to prove its existence in India. The car is manufactured on Renault-Nissan C platform.

Renault has launched both the petrol and diesel variants of Renault Fluence in the country. The petrol version of Fluence comes with a 2.0L engine which is fitted with Advanced CVT II transmission including 6 speed automatic gear and Manual Mode, while the diesel variant is packed with 1.5L engine, added with Manual Type transmission with 6 forward, and 1 Reverse gear.

The Mitsubishi Colt model is likely to be available in the price bracket of Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh and will be competing with the likes of Skoda Fabia, Honda Jazz and Hyundai 120.

DC, India’s well known automotive design house has now unveiled its first super car named Avanti. Its design house motor head is Dalip Chhabria. However the report has been established that the car is named after Studbaker Avanti, which appears commonly in the Tintin comics.

The rate of the car is Rs. 30 lakh and designers commented that this super car is made in such a way to be afforded by everyone. Nevertheless the word “Avanti” generally means “moving forward” in the Italian language.

Renault Sandro

Renault Sandro 300x225 Renault Sandro French auto giant Renault is planning to wrap off its new hatchback Renault Sandro in the Indian market. Renault Sandro was recently launched in Brazil in May 2011 and in India, it may debut in mid 2012. To assemble the vehicle, the Nasik plant of the company will be used. It is a five-door hatchback model and is very spacious compared to other cars in its segment.

Renault Sandro has a storage capacity of 320 litres and is 4.02 meter in length.

The company is targeting the mass audience and the car will be developed on the V-Platform, which is known for cars including Nissan Sunny, Nissan Micra and the upcoming Nissan Almera.

Renault Pulse was first showcased on October 29, 2011 at the first premier F1 event of India and will be launched officially on 6th January, 2012 in the Auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi.

The Luxury car maker from Germany, Audi, is all set to disclose the price barrier of it’s high end cars by making it’s classy sedan, the Audi A3 saloon public in our country. As Audi said that the Audi A3 price will be hopefully placed around approx. figure of Rs. 20 lakh(INR), as per the rumours to be on the Indian roads in year 2014.

Before this, it was reported that just like many other luxury car makers in our country, Audi was also making plans to increase its stakes in Indian automobile sector with news of the launch of Audi A3 in India.
